I recently visited China for the first time in four years (since pre-COVID). Outside of the customary overeating, which at times felt like my food baby had its own food baby, I had the opportunity to observe some interesting technology and economic trends. These trends were especially fascinating in the context of the current Great Power Conflict between the US and China.
